I don't think that Jun doubted Sho, really. I think it was the hormones that made him lose it so thoroughly.
Hanami has a wonderful extended family to love and cherish her. Hopefully a second baby will stop her from becoming too spoilt by her doting "uncles", especially Nino.
Jun came along way from his unhappy beginning.
