I think that Ohno fell under Jun's spell the very first time they met. He also feels guilty about pushing Jun into an arranged marriage and even though it worked out well knows that it could have ended very badly indeed (imagine if Jun had been paired with someone like Toma who only wanted hum as a sex toy). His strength is giving Jun a lot of self confidence.
