I appreciate you allowing Ohno to have Jun this time. After all their stress they deserve to end up with each other.
He did want to spend more time with Jun but was lacking the confidence to say so, which was his first mistake since it drove Jun nuts (also he was thinking of using the second bedroom as a studio at home and needed the correct light to work with).
Twenty three was just a random number that he plucked out of his head, but I bet he did his best to fulfill his promise.
