Yes, everyone including Jun immediately thought the worst when Sho didn't come and instead sent Nino and yet they would have also complained about him pressuring Jun if he did. Sho has made mistakes but he's trying to learn from them.
And yes there is a gentle hint of Ohmiya (I didn't mean for it to happen but they just sort of naturally gravitate to each other.) They are both quite lonely and shy really.
