I really love it that you explained the whole culture of this universe. It seems like being a Carrier can either be a good thing or a bad thing for people? Like they're very precious but that doesn't really mean that you would like to be one. This explains very well now why Jun never had to work in his life. But it also makes me wonder, if he wasn't a Carrier, would his life be different? Would he fare better at school? (haha very random) I do wonder about Aiba though. But it seems like he's really happy not being one.
