I'm glad that you feel better again.
I guess Sho felt that he didn't have anything to lose any more.
Nino is obviously going to lose it when he finds out. It was a smart move of Jun's to make sure that Sho is the one to tell him.
And at least Aiba will be more comfortable now. (It makes us all sad when he isn't happy)
